Source Window Coverings Warranty Information
This warranty is extended by Source Window Coverings to the original residential retail purchaser for any product purchased after April 16, 1999 for as long as he/she owns the product(s) for the duration specified for each product as follows:

Privacy Mini Blinds*	Limited lifetime
Cellular shades*	3 years on fabric Limited lifetime on hardware
Pleated Shades*	3 years on fabric Limited lifetime on hardware
2" Wood Blinds*	5 years on wood Limited lifetime on hardware
2" Ecowood Blinds*	5 years on faux wood Limited lifetime on hardware
Vertical Blinds*	3 years on vane material Limited lifetime on hardware
Woven Woods*	3 years on fabric Limited lifetime on hardware
Roman Shades*	3 years on fabric Limited lifetime on hardware
SunScreen Shades	5 years on fabric Limited lifetime on valance and hardware
Sheer Horizontals	3 years on fabric Limited lifetime on hardware
*All products with cords-3 year warranty on cording.

WHAT WE WILL DO:
We will repair or replace any part of our blinds(s) found to be defective in workmanship or materials at no charge to you.

WHAT YOU MUST DO:
The blinds(s) must be properly measured and installed according to our instructions. The blind(s) cannot be altered in any way. You must maintain and clean the blinds(s) in accordance with the instructions provided with the product. You must use the blind only as a window blind and only in the window in which it was originally purchased.

HOW TO OBTAIN SERVICE:
Contact customer service at 800-538-9419 for service. If Source determines the blind(s) need to be returned for repair, please ship the blind(s) to us prepaid (let us know if you need a box-we will send you one), along with your name, address, daytime phone number and a description of the problem. Please include a sales receipt or other proof of purchase and send to: Source Window Coverings, 8329 216th Street SE, Woodinville, WA 98072. Source will repair the blind and ship it back to you prepaid.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED:
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or any damage or loss caused by accidents, alterations; misuse, or abuse; exposure to salt air, corrosive materials or the color change that takes place with the passage of time, or sunlight exposure; insect damage; improper installation; cleaning or other maintenance. In no event will Source be liable for incidental or consequential damages. This warranty is extended in lieu of all other express warranties, whether oral or written.

All cords will eventually wear out. After 3 years, Source considers these things normal wear and tear not covered by this warranty. (Warranties do not cover removal, installation, or shipping costs.)

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitations may not apply to you.
